We do our best to process orders within 3 business days (not including holidays and weekends). Occasionally an item may take 1-2 days longer to ship depending on order volume. We promise to get your order shipped as soon as possible. All Pick Your Plum orders are shipped with tracking so that you can easily check the status of your order.
We do have sellers who ship directly from international factories. These products have a disclaimer on the product page indicating they will take longer to arrive (14-30 days).
