The Pick Your Plum Warranty is your assurance that, from the time you receive your order and evaluate your purchase, we’ve got your back. If your order arrives damaged or becomes defective within 30 days of delivery, please contact us. We will respond to your request for replacement, repair, or refund and help you get in touch with the supplier for your product.
If 30 days have passed from the time you received your order to the time you contact us, your item is out of warranty and we will be unable to issue a replacement or refund.
Please note: some products on our site have a 60 Day or 90 Day warranty. The same basic terms apply to these warranties.
